A Tasty Treat

Nothing beats a classic flavor-packed ice pop on a hot summer's day or to soothe a sore throat. Ice pops made from juice are vegan friendly and gluten-free, so they're an easy crowd pleaser at parties.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz juice per ice pop mold
  • 9 oz juice to fill all 3 molds

Method

  1. Place molds in included freezer stand.
  2. Pour in juice to the top of the mold.
  3. Add ice pop stick topper with the handle facing upwards.
  4. Leave in freezer overnight or until frozen solid.

To remove the silicone mold, pull it over the ice pop, then stretch it over the end. If it's stuck, try running it under warm water quickly first.

TIP: Want to make it extra special? Use juice with two different colors. Add the first juice to your mold and pop it in the freezer until it's just started to freeze into a slush. Then top it off with a second color, add the plastic stick, and freeze until solid.

Health Break

Trying to go easy on artificial colors and flavors? Make your ice pops with fresh fruit, lemon-water or coconut water. Our favorite combinations are blueberries with lemon-water (just squeeze some fresh lemon into a cup of water!) and mango with coconut water.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz lemon-water or coconut water
  • 9 oz lemon-water or coconut water to fill all 3 molds
  • Handful of fresh fruit, washed and cubed

Method

  1. Place molds in included freezer stand.
  2. Add cubed fruit to the mold, leaving room for the stick to be added.
  3. Pour in water or coconut water.
  4. Add ice pop stick topper with the handle facing upwards.
  5. Leave in freezer overnight or until frozen solid.

To remove the silicone mold, pull it over the ice pop, then stretch it over the end. If it's stuck, try running it under warm water quickly first.

Something Creamy

As beautiful as they are delicious, ice pops made from yogurt are a great snack that's part of a balanced diet. You can make these with any one of your favorite yogurts. Our go-to is creamy Greek yogurt with a berry mix or pineapple.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz yogurt
  • 9 oz yogurt to fill all 3 molds
  • Handful of fresh fruit, washed and cubed (optional)

Method

  1. Place molds in included freezer stand.
  2. Add in fruit (optional), then yogurt to the top of the mold.
  3. Add ice pop stick topper with the handle facing upwards.
  4. Leave in freezer overnight or until frozen solid.

To remove the silicone mold, pull it over the ice pop, then stretch it over the end. If it's stuck, try running it under warm water quickly first.

BREAKFAST TO GO: Use a plain Greek yogurt and some fresh fruit to turn this into the perfect breakfast to go (for adults too!). Early morning soccer practice just got a lot easier! Pair with a granola bar for a twist on a parfait.
